About Michelle
Michelle is passionate about providing client-centered therapy to individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, marital challenges, and family relationship issues. She has supported clients from diverse backgrounds in both public primary care and private practice settings. She has also held teaching and training roles in academic and educational settings.
Michelle is trained in a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, including Marriage and Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness-based strategies.
Michelle welcomes clients of all ages but has a special interest in working with individuals affected by trauma, anxiety, and depression. She brings a warm, open, and non-judgmental presence to her sessions, creating a safe and supportive space for clients as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change.
